Terms of Service

Last updated · May 8, 2026

The agreement between you and Subportly Labs, Inc. when you use the Subportly service.

1. Who this agreement is between

“Subportly,” “we,” and “us” mean Subportly Labs, Inc. “You” means the person or company that signs up for an account. By creating an account or using Subportly, you agree to these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. The service

Subportly is a multi-account inbox for Reddit. You connect Reddit accounts you control via OAuth, and we surface messages, modmail, mentions, and comment replies in one place. The service is provided “as is” — we’ll do our best, but Reddit’s API is the source of truth and outside our control.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the actions taken by anyone you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to: connect Reddit accounts you don’t have authorization to use, use Subportly to violate Reddit’s terms or any applicable law, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or resell access to Subportly without a written agreement.

4. Subscription & billing

Subportly is sold on monthly subscriptions. Plans, prices, and limits are listed on the pricing page. Your card is charged on signup and on each monthly anniversary thereafter.

Overage charges (extra teammates or connections beyond your plan’s included amount) are billed monthly in arrears.

5. Money-back guarantee

If you’re unhappy with Subportly within the first 30 days of paid use, email billing@subportly.com and we’ll refund your most recent payment in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, you can cancel any time and won’t be charged again, but we don’t refund partial months.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel from your settings page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don’t lock you in. You can export your data on the way out (see Privacy).

7. Reddit’s terms apply too

Subportly uses Reddit’s official API on your behalf. You’re responsible for following Reddit’s user agreement and content policy. We can suspend your account if Reddit notifies us of policy violations or if your usage triggers Reddit-side bans.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the Team plan and 99.95% on Enterprise (with SLA credits where applicable). Some downtime will happen — for maintenance, for Reddit API outages, for the unexpected. Live status is at status.subportly.com.

9. Your data

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. The Privacy Policy covers what we collect and how we handle it. The DPA covers our obligations under GDPR and similar laws.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Subportly’s total liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost messages, lost customers, or lost revenue resulting from Reddit-side issues outside our control.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
